A Manager betrays a confidence
Is it proper for a request to keep something private to be ignored by management. My father recently passed away. I asked that the news not be shared.
On my return, I had to deal with sympathies of colleagues. While I appreciated their concern.
It was not a situation I wanted to deal with. But my manager ignored me request.
